Subscription not activating despite purchasing

I had bought the Lightroom premium monthly 40GB plan earlier this day and waited about 3 hours for it to update. Still it is not activated and unable to access the service. Is there something I am missing?

Hey, @neha_090201. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I reviewed the account you've used for the community and could not find any active subscription or transaction for Lightroom.

 

The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. If you've already been charged, you can contact their support channels.
