Subscription not available

Hello! 
 

I’m based in the UAE and my account says that however I cannot use full version of the app and buy subscription because the app shows me an error “Subscription not available. Adobe has suspended all new sales of goods and services in your country.”  
why?

    The account you are using in this forum does not show a billing residence of UAE.  You will need to reach out to Adobe Customer Care to update your address information if it has changed.  See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
