Subscription not recognized on new iphone

I upgraded to an iphone 17 and logged back in to the Lightroom app just fine with a code sent to my email. All my photos were there so it was definitely my account but the subscription features are no longer accessible. When I try to resubscribe, it says my subscription is valid for another 5 months. I don’t know how to get the features in the app to recognize that.

    Hey, @Aprilbychance. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I reviewed your account for the community and found no active subscription or transaction for Lightroom.


    Please make sure you're signed in with the same email account as before. Were you using Lightroom's subscription from the Android App Store?
