Subscription paid through iTunes, Adobe shows expired

I pay for the Lightroom subscription through Apple iTunes. They show the subscription as current, next payment in Feb 2021.  Adobe isn't picking that up and shows the subscription as expired, so I can't use most of the Lightroom application.  What's the problem Adobe-1?
