Subscription problem on iPad

I have a premium Lightroom subscription but when I login to my account on my iPad it doesn't detect my subsciption. Does anyone have a solution?

I see you have an Education plan.  Somtimes, when those are provided through an school or similar organization, mobile service is not included.

 

You can try contacting Adobe Support to confirm your LR Mobile access, but Support may route you back to your plan administrator who has access to Enterprise level assistance from Adobe Support.  See what Support can tell you.
