Subscription renewed but not working

Hello, 

i renewed my lightroom plan couple weeks ago but since that it's not working.

if i log in it ask me the renew again and if i go on that link it says that i already have an active subcription.

I'm not a member of the Support team, but from what I can see your product subscription expired back in 2019, and what remains active for you is only a cloud storage plan.

I urge you to contact Adobe Support directly for help -- they have the tools and training to help with matters like this.  Visit https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, sign in... I recommend using the chat option.
