Subscription through Google play store but account locked

Question

I purchased Adobe Lightroom Mobile via Google Play Store. Later my Google account got locked and it cannot be restored (I contacted Google support but they were of no use). I am completely unable to cancel the subscription, as it can be done only through Play Store which I cannot do!

I cannot find any email/chat by Adobe that I could contact and ask for them to stop the payments. Links that go to "customer support" are just these forums! So Adobe doesn't have actual customer service???

This is such an impossible situation and I really would appreciate help.
