Suddenly can't access premium plan on Android after 1 day subscription

  • I just subscribed to the Lightroom Mobile Android app premium plan on March 2nd. It was working well for 24 hours, then suddenly when I opened the app, it was the basic plan, not the premium anymore. When I click on Subscribe Now to check, it says "This subscription has already been purchased from the Play Store, with a different Adobe ID" Please note that I have only one email address, my Gmail address. I asked help to Adobe support, unfortunately useless. Can anyone help me?
