Suggestions for improving the desktop app UI

I’ve been using Lightroom since the Windows public beta prior to the v1.0 release.   Now I rely on the LR Mac desktop app (not LrC) with 65,000 images in my catalog.  As a retired software product manager, I’m always thinking about ways to improve application usability.  Given that, I’ve attached an assemblage of minor enhancements I hope you'll consider for future releases of the desktop app.
