Super Resolution not working. Grabs others image.

I have two images. In Image A, if I were to click on Detail>Super Resolution, Lightroom grabs and using the image from Image B. 

In the Image below, I have selected the the circled file. It should look like the thumbnail under User Presets but It is showing the file that has the arrows. This is not working independantly.

    When you say it grabs the other image, could you expand a bit please? And does this behavior only happen when you check Super Resolution? Screenshots of the Before and After states might help us understand what you’re seeing.
