Surface Pro 11 Lightroom Web version 8.4 freezing computer

Hello can anyone please help. I just recently purchased a Surface pro 11 32gb 1tb and am using it for lightroom and photoshop, when I first got it I had zero issues but as of yesterday everytime I try and edit a photo regardless of what im doing, lightroom stops responding, wont close then completely freezes the whole computer where I have to hold the power button to do a manual restart.

 

Im on the latest verison of lightroom

I tried disabling gpu acceleration and unistalled lightroom 3 times

Hi @Zealous_Cadence8030, welcome to the community!

Just to clarify, are you using Lightroom on the web or the desktop version? If it’s the web version, it would be helpful to know which browser you’re using.

If you’re on Lightroom Desktop, could you let us know if you’re seeing any crash report dialog when the app freezes? Also, does it seem to happen after using any specific tools or making certain edits?
