Suspicious email from Pixelis AI Lightroom

I received an email telling me my Pixelis AI Lightroom add on free trial will be expiring soon.
I downloaded Lightroom to edit one photo a couple months back, and have no recollection of signing up for a free trial of any kind at the time.
I've redownloaded Lightroom and can't find even find anything about Pixelis AI.

The email has come from support@pixelisai.freshdesk.com.

I've forwarded it on to phishing@adobe and I'm waiting to hear back, and couldn't really get anywhere with the chat option.

Thanks for any help you may provide!!

Hi @millyc, welcome to the community!

Thanks so much for flagging this. From what I can tell, it looks like a phishing attempt and doesn’t seem to be connected to Adobe. I checked with a few teammates, and no one’s heard of it either. There is a Pixelis AI website, but it appears to mimic Adobe’s login page, which is definitely suspicious. I’d recommend ignoring the email just to be safe.

Really appreciate you bringing this to our attention!
