Switching windows 10 to 7
If I have been working with lightroom last year with windows 10 and now switch to 7 will I still be able to access all the work that I have done?

You will be able to if you install the same version of Lightroom and install the same catalog and same images that you have been working on previously. Seems strange that you would be going back to Windows 7. I went from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and I really don't see any reason to go back. I haven't had any problems at all.
