Sync Catalog and Edits between Two Computers

What would be the best way to sync a Lightroom (desktop) catalog on one computer (13" MBA) to my main laptop (15" MBA) - also running Lightroom (desktop)?
 
I use the 13" when traveliing.

"Lightroom (desktop)" is the colloquial name for the Cloud version of 'Lightroom v7.2'.

You can 'run' Lightroom (desktop) on two desktop systems (Mac or PC) (limit of 2 activated) and mobile devices (iPhones, etc) (no limit).

The "catalog" exists in the Lightroom Cloud and is accessible to all Lightroom mobile Apps (Lightroom-Desktop, Lightroom-Mobile, Lightroom-Web.)

 

One exception is Lightroom-CLASSIC,  that is another question to be asked.
