Sync concerns

Hello all (newbie here)

 

Please be kind, and patient ... I'm old and not a techie!

 

My desktop Lightroom (on a mac Cataline 10.15.4) says everything is synced.

 

My web based account says there are sync issues on 80 photos, going back a month approx. On each one is a note saying to start the desktop app, for the sync to re-start.

 

I've done this 4 times now.

 

No difference.

 

I like everything to be working properly. How can I fix this please?

You're in the correct forum Bob . Due to the confusing name change, many posts on here refer to Classic as it used to be called just Lightroom!

 

Can you identify one of these photos in Lightroom Desktop and make a small edit or add a keyword and see if that forces sync?

Is the Desktop Lightoom the Cloud Based one or Classic? Also, which version are you using? (Go to Help>System Info)

Cloud based - sorry, I thought I was in the cloud based forum ...... I'm confused by what I should call this bit of software, as opposed to Classic!

 

Lightroom version: 3.2 [ 20200204-0604-bc5e360 ] (Feb 4 2020)

 

Is that what you needed?
