Sync error

Hiya! I have been using LR Mobil for ages and made own presets over the years. I recently subscribed to LR and today I logged onto my account on my pc. Everything synced except for my own presets. Someone's got an idea how this happened and how I can easily fix it? LR says it backed up completely. Thanks in advance!

Are the Presets still in Lightroom Mobile and can you see them on Lightroom Web? http://lightroom.adobe.com/
