Sync freezing

I am having trouble with Lightroom Classic as it isn't syncing all of my 298 images. Although it starts syncing, it stops abruptly, and this has been happening for the past three weeks. Lightroom Classic isn't the only program that's been having issues but also Adobe Lightroom. I have become very frustrated and feel like I have no options left. Is there a phone number or a way to chat with someone through Zoom to get some help and resolve the issue? I urgently need assistance, please.
