Sync from mobile to desktop

I have LR on my Android. Have LR on Desktop. For years LR desktop automatically would grab ALL my photos from my mobile and now nothing unless I first edit them on phone.  Please help

    1. Tap the Hamburger Menu at the top left of the interface
    2. Tap Preferences
    3. Make sure "Enable Auto-Add" is on.

    As it sounds like you have a subscription, check http://lightroom.adobe.com/ to see if the photos have synced to the Cloud.

    If they have, then the issue is most likely Lightroom Desktop (also, when you write Desktop, does this mean the cloud based Lightroom, or Classic?)
