Sync issues on desktop and laptop as I keep losing internet connectivity.

Question

Both my desktop mac and my laptop keep losing the network!  very frustrating as i cannot sync my photos and therefore cannot work. any ideas?  Almost at giving up entirely stage.. I have tried logging out of both devices completely and  made sure I have plenty of storage and memory . Reading through the forum this does seem to be a common problem

Sorry that you keep losing access to Internet on your desktop and laptop which is causing issues syncing.

Which version of Lightroom are you using on your desktop and laptop?

Would you mind checking the steps mentioned in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html and let us know if that helps?
