Sync Status. problem

Thisis very strange.

 

I have several Mac's MacBook Pro, imac 24 and my editing MAc Studio.

 

All my files are syncing perfectly on MacBook Pro and iMac24. But the same files are not syncing on Mac Studio. It says "original file on cloud cannot be synced".

 

the problem is only on a MAc Studio.

Why?

Hey, @DJ Jan. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. Thanks for sharing the details & the logs. 

 

There are some files in the logs that are having trouble syncing. 

 

 

Try editing or adding flags/ratings to these particular images & check if that helps. 

 

These assets may appear to be Sync issues on Lightroom Web. You can log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3uv2zCA) and look for the Sync Issues category near the Deleted section on the left part of the screen. If there are any Sync issues, ensure you have a backup of these images; you can clear them out & delete them from the deleted section. 

 

After this change, let Lightroom sync for a while & check if the sync works as expected.

hi

i chattet with adobe.

i had to delete the library insidethe lightroom file. that forced lr to resync. that worked.
