Synced user presets only visible on RAW images

Seems as though this has been ongoing since synced presets have come to Lightoom Mobile, but it looks as though synced presets are only visible on RAW images on both Android and iOS for me. Default presets are still visible for both RAW and JPG, which seems odd. Is this intended behavior?
