Synchronisation bloquée dans Lightroom (iOs et macOS)

Bonjour,

La synchro de mes images retouchées dans Lightroom sur iPad ne s'effectue pas complètement. Les fichiers sont en attente depuis plusieurs jours.

Sur Creative Cloud, j'obtiens cette info contradictoire:

Le pare-feu n'est pas activé sur mon mbp.

Toutes les idées seront les bienvenues.

As far as I know the Creative Cloud sync and the Lightroom sync are independent of each other as they are two separate storage spaces (and Creative Cloud syncing will end soon anyway).

As for Lightroom, can you post a screengrab of the Cloud icon on the iPad. Also what happens when you tap on the Cloud icon?

Plus, where are you trying to view these files once synced from Lightroom?

You will on be able able to see them on other mobile's devices, at http://lightroom.adobe.com/ or on Lightroom Desktop (if you have that in your subscription),

Here is a screengrab of the Cloud icon on the iPad. Below, 108 are in the waiting list and have been so for more than a week now. I tried to watch those files both on an iPad and an iPhone.

I also wanted to share a link to the albums but only a few pictures are available (still missing 108 pictures)

Hi,

It's worth visiting http://lightroom.adobe.com/ and checking for any sync issues (there may be a tab on the left). If there is, delete the relevant file and hopefully this will free up sync.

The Lightroom sync isn't related to the Creative Cloud sync in your initial post.
