Synchronisations von Bilder in Sammlunegn von Lightroom Clasic zu Lightroom geht nicht

Hallo

Seit Monaten kann ich die Sammlungen in LightroomClasic nicht mehr mit Lightroom synchronisieren. Es erschein lediglich der Ordnername ohne die Bilder. Was kann ich tun?

Hello Sameer unfortunateli the file that should be created ist not finishing after 8 hours. So can Not send you this. Are there other posibilities?

Hey, @Henri_Altorfer5054. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. 


We can use the diagnostic report to learn more about this. In Lightroom Classic, go to Preferences > Lightroom Sync Tab > Press and hold the ALT/OPT Key to generate a Diagnostic report. Upload the report to any cloud file-sharing service, share the link here, or send it to me directly from my profile.

 

Check Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u) and see if the page works. Also, test by disabling any VPN or firewall apps and services that can control how your computer connects to the Internet.
