Synchronization problem

For over a week now, Adobe Support hasn’t been able to figure out why the Lightroom app on my iPad Pro (M4) suddenly stopped working. They only gave me instructions that I’d already found online. Then today, they told me to update the desktop version of Lightroom Classic. And the result? The desktop version stopped working too. And Adobe Support? Silence. They have no solution.
My entire Adobe Cloud isn’t working. It constantly tries to sync files and keeps showing “Pending,” which prevents me from editing photos in any way—whether in the app, the desktop version, or the web version. I’ve already reinstalled my entire iPad three times and Windows once, and nothing helps. The problem is clearly on their side with synchronization, but they act as if the problem is on my end. So I tried installing Lightroom on a brand-new iPhone 17 Pro, and the result is the same—when I try to import any photo, the sync wheel just keeps spinning and says "Pending"... and nothing happens even after hours. Any advice?

Você conseguiu resolver?  meu está acontecendo a mesma coisa. E os meus aparelhos são um 17 pro max e um notebook gamer dell  dos mais recentes. Mesmo assim, fica nessa sincronização e não sai mais.

No solution yet. I think Adobe has a synchronization issue with Apple devices, which then causes the entire Adobe account to crash.
