Synchronization Problem

I got some pictures that was not Synchronized. When i join in lightroom mobile, it doesnt appear. Same for lightroom desktop. When i get to lightroom web, it appear without the image, and when i open it, it says somthing like: "Synchronization is not over. Open lightroom on iphone to continue the synchronization". The sincronization on iphone's lightroom is saying it is "finished" but the status bar only synchronized 64%.

I already opened it on iphone and nothing changed.

Any one knows how to solve it?
