Synchronize issue Lightroom Web to Lightroom & Lightroom Classic

Hello there,

I am facing a synchronization issue some of my pictures (5871 photos) :

"file synchronization did not complete" 

It says that I have to open my iPad to synchronize but it doesn't work.

I bought 2To and still nothing. 

Please help me.
