Syncing issues

Lately I've been having syncing issues with the cloud on my mac. Currently I have 5 pictures that are stuck and its been over an hour and its still trying to sync. Yesterday I had the same issue and I deleted another set of pictures and reimported them and it worked. I deleted the 5 pictures and reimported them and nothing is working. So I'm at a loss why this is happening again? This just started a week ago. This is very frustrating and I'm looking for solitions
