Syncing Lightroom Classic with Lightroom CC

I am trying to synce lightroom classic with lightroom cc.  I have watched several videos.  One says to click on the down arrow by your name and you will see that you are set up to sync to lightroom cc.  When I click on that arrow, I have two options...Address Lookup and Face detection.  It does not have this option..Synce with Lightroom CC.  In another video, it says to go to your collection and click on the double arrows to the left of your collection.  I don't have any arrows.  How do I synce it when I don't have these options?
