Syncing problem on LR

Ive had my sync icon stuck on for about 5 days now, ive deleted my whole library, including deleted folder. Reinstalled ACC and LR. If i work on a photo on desktop, it does not get synced to mobile either, just continues to sync 10 photos that arent there.
