System lagging and glitching after preset download.

I purchased presets online from a verified source, but ever since importing them into Lightroom, the whole system has been bogged down, glitchy, and has also crashed. Is it using too much memory, or did a get corrupted files? The presets are from Luxe Lens.

    Thanks for sharing this, and sorry to hear that you’re running into crashes. Since this started right after importing presets, it could be related to either the presets consuming excessive resources or a corrupted preset file.


    Let’s capture this properly when Lightroom crashes. Do you see the Adobe Crash Reporter? If so, please submit the report and make sure to use the same email ID you’re using here.


    Also, please report this to the preset provider (Luxe Lens), and they can validate if any preset files are causing issues.


    To help us investigate, please share a screen recording showing the lag/glitch/crash, along with one of the preset files that triggers the issue. You can send files via DM (Drive/WeTransfer).


    Once you submit the crash report, let us know, and we’ll check the crash logs on the backend and escalate if needed.
