T20200914 Error (iPhone)

Hi

 

I'm experiencing a problem with error code T20200914 when syncing photo gallery on a mobile phone.

I have updated the Lightroom to the newest version, loged out and logged in on mobile, even restarted the phone but that did not help. I have tried doing minor updates on the photo on laptop but that did not help either.

 

I'm using Iphone 11 pro with iOS 15.5 and my lightroow version is 7.41

Hi @Tomasz24946538hj5l, thank you for creating a new issue.

I have some questions that helps us understanding the issue:
* Does it help to make a minor edit on
https://lightroom.adobe.com and see if it helps on the device?
* Does this occur to all your images or only some?
* Do you recall if the edits are older edits or new ones?
* Can you send us a diagnostic log? Just add this to the browser window on your device:
adobelightroom://app/diagnostic/log

Hi Ignacio,

 

I did minor edits, with no effects.

It occurs to some of the images

Those are new edits, but I've seen the same error for the older edits, frmo more than a month ago

Added the diagnostic log as you wrote.

Hi Tomasz, do you also have a desktop version of Lightroom? If so, what version is it? And, do you see those "fail to sync" photos if you go to All Photos, select filter icon (next to search field on top) and Sync Status > Syncing?
