Teams licenses: Some albums not available to shared users

I have Creative Cloud for Teams subscription and have recently added a user, mainly to help me manage photos in Lightroom. I now understand that there is not a lot of shared functionality in lightroom, so they can't delete or rate photos, but now we have a bigger problem - they can't see SOME of the albums I have shared in the desktop app (PC). The album appears in the left hand pane, but shows the number of photos as (0) when there are around 400 photos in the album. It appears on the web app, but I want her to use the export function which isn't available there.

The problem is not consistent.

Is anyone else struggling with this? I don't see any other posts like it.

Just got the same problem.  I have three licences and four regular users (two freelance).  I allocate the third licence as necessary.  We have not had a problem until now when we can no lomger access the albums of the person who is not allocated a licence. This was not the case before and seems to defeat the point of the team licence.  Any advice anyone?
