Tethering for Nikon Z7 II

Adobe depends upon the SDK created by the camera manufacturer, which isn't always very timely in being updated. It is historically the norm that tethering support (if provided) does not appear at the same time as the inital raw support. For example, the Canon R5 was introduced before the Mark II versions of the Z6 and Z7, yet that also has not yet got tethering support in Lightroom Classic.
