The After Effect viewer does not work

Question

Since I switched to an HP Victus I can't see anything on the display screen in After Effects or Lightroom. I've tried several YouTube tutorials, none of them can fix it. No previous version works, neither does the beta version. what can I do? I need it for work!

Please share the system information from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.
