The app is crashing constantly and I can't even use it.

I'm paying for this app monthly but can't even use 1% of it. The lightroom app crashes the same second as I open it and this makes my work as a photographer to a misery. I would like compensation for the money I spent on this app but got no use for it. Loved the app before the update when it all worked fine but now my new Samsung galaxy s23 can't even open the app.

    Hey @Alexander32426032lo1p. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Has this started recently? What version of Lightroom & the Android OS are you working on?

     

    Try these suggestions and let me know how it goes:

    • You can log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & try adding a star rating or flag to the images.
    • Keep the device in Flight mode and launch Lightroom.
    • If the app was installed from the Google Play Store, try installing Lightroom from the Samsung Galaxy store or the opposite.
