The application closes and won't let me save the photos

When I'm done editing, I try to save to the device or export and the ad comes out which may take a few minutes and automatically brings me to the start of the app with an ad saying the app suddenly closed, and I see my gallery and photo not exported.

Sorry that an ad in hindering your editing workflow in Lightroom while exporting images.

Which version of Lightroom are you using and what is your operating system?

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the Ad that comes up while exporting so that we may check it?
