The lightroom is uesd for only brightness and some other tool is not uesing why like masking,blur and some other tool so, fixed it and set it as possible as soon...

Could you share a few more details about the issue you're seeing? A screenshot would be super helpful too.
Also, just a quick note: if you're using Lightroom Mobile, keep in mind that some features are only available with a premium subscription.
