The photos I send to the app are taking too long to load. And the photos I have in shared folders take a long time to load.

Thanks for reporting this. There is no backend throttling or upload/download cap on our end that would intentionally slow down your photos or shared albums. Cloud sync and loading speeds mainly depend on:

• Your ISP speed and network stability

• Device network settings

• Whether you’re on Wi-Fi or mobile data

• Device performance and available storage

• Use of VPN, firewall, or network filtering tools

A few quick checks:

• Are you using a VPN? If yes, try disabling it temporarily and test again.

• Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data (or another network) to compare behavior.

• Restart the app and your device.

• Make sure the app is updated to the latest version.

If possible, please share a sample shared album link with me via DM. I can test it from my end. If I observe the same loading behavior, I’ll escalate it to the product team for further investigation.
