The quality of photos decreased

The brightness and vibrancy of my photos (taken with an iPhone 15 Pro) noticeably decrease after uploading them to Lightroom. Any help?

That's really not much information to go on.

You need to at least post example of what's happening.

 

Could it be that you are taking the pictures in HDR, and when importing they're switched to SDR ?

Which version of Lightroom do you use? Classic or Cloud based?

What format do your images have, jpeg or an RAW format?

Lightroom is cloud based. I tried heif, raw and jpeg formats. The result
was always the same):

On which device do you run Lightroom? PC, Mac?

Which version of Lightroom do you use?

Is the monitor color calibrated?
