Hi @Alanna289611416lyg , I'm just checking in to see if the suggestion to update Lightroom helped or if you are still running into this issue? Let us know how things are going. Happy to keep troubleshooting with you if needed. Thanks! ^CH

yes sometimes i can select the crop, some tutorials it just jumps ahead without letting me do the work! sometimes it will let me move a slider, but more and more it is skipping ahead without to the next instruction, this is happening with new tutorials and ones i have already done.

    Hi @Alanna289611416lyg,

Thanks for reporting this. Could you please share:

    • The name of the tutorial that's jumping ahead (if you remember it).

    • A screenshot of that tutorial.

    • Your System Info (Help > System Info > Copy) and paste it here.

If this happens again, could you also record a screen recording from the moment you open the tutorial until it skips ahead? That would help us understand exactly where the issue occurs and get it investigated.

I'm looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Best,

    Anshul Saini

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, @Alanna289611416lyg. I was able to reproduce the issue on my end as well.

I have a few questions that will help us narrow it down:

    • Are you able to select the Crop tool within the tutorial window?

    • During the tutorial, does it ask you to expand a panel and move a slider, or does it skip past those steps automatically?

    • Have you completed these tutorials before, or is this the first time you're going through them?

    • Could you also please go to Help > System Info, click Copy, and paste the contents here? I'd like to include your system information along with my reproduction when I report this to the product team.

If possible, a short screen recording of the behavior would also be very helpful.

    Thanks for your help!

    Best,

    Anshul Saini
