• Which version of Lightroom are you using?
• What device and operating system are you using?
• Could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

If you're referring to the People view, this can happen when Lightroom's AI is unable to detect enough similar faces to create people clusters. However, with the additional details and screenshots, we'll be able to better understand what's happening in your case.
