Think to integrate Lightroom to my website

Hey, i have recently started a website and tbh initially i got soooo many errors. But now things are smooth, however i am struggling with one issue which is integration of lightoom to my website. Like i want users to use it while staying on my website.
now there are two questions,
1. is it even allowed by the adboe?

2. if yes then how can i do this?
