Question

Third party installations to help with keywords, watermark and download size

I take photos at work.
These photos need to be watermarked and made easily accessible for my colleagues. So - sorted by keywords and have two (or more) download resolution options from the online albums I create.

Network catalogues and Google photo albums haven't worked. That is why we have switched to Adobe. Is there a way to make this work? Third-party installations, other Adobe apps or other ways?

You posted in the Lightroom (Cloud based) forum, so I presume you are using that version of Lightroom.

You have not had an answer yet, so a difficult question to answer! I will 'have a go'

"photos need to be watermarked"  Lightroom (Cloudy) does not watermark, so not useable."

"sorted by keywords" Lightroom (Cloudy) has poor keyword ability.

"download resolution options from the online albums"  TBMK not available with any Adobe program.

If your "switch to Adobe" (Photography plan?) includes Lightroom-Classic, then I have some suggestions to use Lr-Classic for your workflow:

    1. Import photos and apply Keywords
    2. Search and filter by Keyword
    3. Export- [with a watermark]- [Add to Catalog]- [name a sub-folder destination by 'Keyword'].
    4. (create an Export Preset)
    5. Place each 'Keyword' Folder in a Standard Collection.
    6. Sync each 'Keyword' Collection. Goto Step#2 for next Keyword...

Colleagues, with web links to these Collections (that appear as Albums) can view in a browser and download JPG files sized  at 2048px (long edge).

    Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .
