Thumbnail preview is not available in Lightroom mobile on Android

Hi there, when ever upload the pictures on Lightroom on an Album the preview on the thumbnail us not available it doesn't show. To see the picture I have to click on the picture to open up on full screen to see it. Need help.

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom mobile. Would you mind sharing the version of Lightroom mobile you're using along with the make/model number of the mobile device you're using & the Android version you're running on it?
