Time uploading files

I have loaded over 2200 photos into Lightroom CC, but so far only one of 23 folders is complete. If I turn off my computer, will I lose all the folders I've created? I need to travel in two days to another city; what should I do?

Whenever you reconnect this computer to internet it should just resume uploading. You shouldn't lose any images.
