Title and Caption fields are locked / can't be edited

I can't write titles or captions on photos in a shared album, with the Lightroom web app. I click in the fields, and nothing happens. There's no ability to edit text. (Screenshot attached)

Is this a permissions issue? I'm not the owner of the album, it's been shared with me, and I'm set to be able to add and edit photos in the album. Is there a different level of permissions to write/edit the image titles and captions? We just can't work it out.
