Top bar dose not show all options

Im having same issue. 

 

I cant see my cloud files in the folders I made years ago and the top 1/2 of the page is cut off. Ive tried interface settings, maximizing screens, nothing twill get it back to normal.

Which  Lightroom App? (Lr-Desktop, Lr-Mobile, Lr-Web, Lr-Classic?)

Which Version Number? 

What Device? (iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, PC?)

A screen-clip of the problem would help.
