Topaz

The easiest way to use Topaz with cloudy Lightroom is to use edit in Photoshop and invoke the Topaz plugins from there. It's unlikley we'll see actual plugin support in Lightroom Cloudy anytime soon as this is a very old request ever since the first version of cloudy.

For that to happen, Lightroom needs to support plug-ins....which it currently does not. Whether it will do that in the future, only Adobe can say.....and they hardly ever pre-announce new feature plans.
