Would you mind sharing more information, like the version of Lightroom Classic you're using, along with the version of Windows you're working on? Are you experiencing this behavior with only file located on the 😧 drive or the ones located on your computer's desktop as well? If you've not tried that, I would recommend moving a couple of files to the desktop and importing them from there into Lightroom Classic to test.
