Topaz refuses to open when I select Edit in. . . Topaz

I want to edit in Topaz, so I click on Edit In and select Topaz. Topaz begins to load, but stalls after about an eighth of an inch of progress.

    Sorry for the delayed response. Are you still seeing this issue in the latest version of Lightroom (9.5.1)? If yes, could you please share a few more details?

    • Which OS are you using?
    • Do you see any error message? If so, please share a screenshot.
    • Does the issue occur with all files or only specific ones?
    • Could you share a short screen recording showing the issue and your workflow?

     

    In the meantime, please try resetting Lightroom preferences:

    1. Quit Lightroom.
    2. macOS: Press and hold Shift + Option.
    3. Windows: Press and hold Shift + Alt.
    4. While holding the keys, launch Lightroom and confirm the option to reset preferences.
